LeBlanc’s Food Stores prides itself on community involvement and believes in the spirit of giving. Since 1961, we have been able to donate to local organizations because of the loyalty and support of our customers.
LeBlanc’s Food Stores has established guidelines to follow when considering eligible organizations. Please understand that because we receive so many requests, we are not able to accommodate every organization.
Please also note that LeBlanc’s Food Stores favors organizations that advocate in the interest of children and that are located near our stores.
Organization Criteria:
- A two week notice, defined by at least 14 days before your event, must be given to LeBlanc’s Corporate Office in order for your request to even be considered. This ensures that LeBlanc’s has enough time to review your request, mail you a gift card if your request is approved, and that you have enough time to use the gift card to purchase groceries/supplies for your event.
- Approved donations are limited to one per year, per organization from LeBlanc’s Food Stores Corporate Office (not one from every LeBlanc’s Food Stores location in your area).
- Requests must be made in writing on organization’s letterhead.
- Requests must contain a mailing address in case your request is approved and we send a LeBlanc’s gift card through the mail.
Donation Criteria:
- Phone calls are not accepted and messages will not be returned.
- LeBlanc’s Food Stores handles all requests for donations and involvement in community events through our corporate office.
- All requests must be made in writing.
- Email or fax the donation request on your organization’s letterhead

Response from LeBlanc’s:
- LeBlanc’s Food Stores will respond to all properly submitted donation requests via fax, letter, or email within 10 of receiving the request at LeBlanc’s Corporate Office.
- Remember: A two week notice, defined as at least 14 days prior to the event, must be given in order for your request to even be considered.
LeBlanc’s Food Stores accepts the following types of coupons (see guidelines below):
- Manufacturer coupons (Cents Off)
- Free merchandise (or manufacturer's Buy-One-Get-One-Free) coupons
- Store coupons
- Internet coupons
- Soft drink container caps
The following are guidelines and limits for coupon usage at LeBlanc’s Food Stores:
- LeBlanc’s Food Stores only accepts coupons for merchandise we sell and only when presented at the time of purchase. No substitutions will be allowed.
- Coupons should have an expiration date and be presented within the valid dates. LeBlanc’s Food Stores will not accept expired coupons. If a coupon does not have an expiration date, it must say “No Expiration” to be accepted.
- Internet coupons should be legible and say "Manufacturer Coupon." There should be a valid remit address for the manufacturer and a scannable bar code.
- Copies or reprinted “Manufacturer Coupons” are not accepted.
- Only one coupon per item is permitted.
- Use of any coupons at LeBlanc’s Food Stores may require approval by Customer Service Manager.
- LeBlanc’s Food Stores reserves the right to refuse any coupon.

M. Paul LeBlanc Sr. Memorial Scholarship
Baton Rouge Area Foundation
Since 2001, Marcy and Randy have given up to 5 scholarships each year to graduating high school students in honor of their father and mother, M. Paul LeBlanc Sr. and Janice LeBlanc.
All high school students residing in the parishes of Ascension, Assumption, Livingston, Iberville, Tangipahoa or the city of Zachary are encouraged to apply.
Scholarship Applications are due March 30, 2012
